Grassfed Beef

Our grass-fed beef is a result of selective breeding, proper raising, and managed grazing. Not every bovine makes for a tasty grass-fed dining experience. Certain characteristics of cattle make them more efficient on grass, thus being able to marble on grass alone. Through experience and training we have developed a knowledge and eye for these characteristics. We have found that a higher percent of the devon breed (in England known as "The Beef Breed Supreme at Grass") fit these standards.

The cattle are moved to fresh paddocks two times per day (except maybe during winter months if we have to feed hay).
